This year we turn 16!
Sixteen years of organizing for Free City College, Free Muni for Youth, taxing the richest for Public Education, and Homelessness Solutions.
Sixteen years of building political power in SF City Hall for working-class communities of color by advocating for Tenants Right-to-Counsel, Redistricting, and Budget Advocacy.
Sixteen years of fighting gentrification and rising up for immigrants and workers through projects like the Immigrants Rights Agenda and Census Outreach.
Sixteen years of believing that when our communities have what they need, we can govern our own future.
While we celebrate our Sweet 16, we know it’s bigger than just a celebration. It’s proof.
Proof that when we stand up for our communities; against authoritarianism and against billionaires, it’s working communities, not authoritarian forces, that shape the future.
